Property Information

In addition to providing a taste of traditional Ibizan lifestyle, incorporating beautiful stone walls around the perimeter of the property, the interior has characterful rustic charm. Wooden beams, doors, features and frames are used throughout the home, complemented by luxury standard fixtures and fittings.

Torre Bes sleeps 8 people over two floors. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (one double and one twin) All bedrooms are furnished to an incredibly high standard, carefully and considerately designed to blend both old and new. There are also two bathrooms (one with bath, one with shower) kitted out with modern fixtures and fittings.  The main bathroom is quite spectacular, housed in the rotund defence tower complete with exposed brick walls.

On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms – one double and one twin, again both furnished to a high standard.

Living Area and Kitchen

 The spacious property offers plenty of areas for relaxing, both in the homely living room and adjoining covered terrace area.  Both areas offer exceptional views. The spacious lounge has Satellite TV, a stereo and DVD player, and provides direct poolside access.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Styled for modern living, the entire villa oozes sophistication.

Outdoor Area

The large stone defence tower gives the property an imposing exterior. There is a large pool and copious amounts of space to relax.  The poolside has sunbeds aplenty, from which you can sit and soak up surrounding scenery. There are several secluded seating areas scattered around the garden including a large dining table and BBQ area, perfect for al fresco dining. There are also several areas in the shade for those who need to escape the summer sun, as well as a covered day bed. Surrounded by trees and gardens, the villa is extremely private. The location of the villa is perfect for enjoying spectacular views at both sunrise and sunset.
