Villa Blanco is located 4km from Ibiza Town in a quiet and secluded spot. Its south facing orientation provides breathtaking panoramic sea views across Playa d’en Bossa, Salinas and Formentera. Close enough to the main resorts to easily access Ibiza’s many splendours, yet just far enough to provide an idyllic, tranquil setting.

Main Property Features 

With all of the modern amenities you would expect from a luxury property, the grand Villa Blanco boasts 4 double bedrooms (all with deluxe en suite bathrooms) in the main house. All beds are super king size, with high quality bed linen. There is also a flat screen TV in each bedroom.

Additionally there is a spacious guesthouse that includes 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. All furnishings both inside and outside the property are to a high standard and all bedrooms have individual air conditioning systems. Very tasteful interior décor throughout.

Cleaning and maintenance staff included in the rental.

Kitchen

The state-of-the-art kitchen includes all modern appliances and there is also a separate laundry room. The double fronted Lieber fridge/freezer/wine drinks cooling section provides generous space. Other appliances include:

• Gaggenau microwave

• Coffee machine

• Siemens washing machine

• Siemens dryer

The dining area seats 8 people and there is enough tableware to serve all. There is also an outdoor dining area that also seats 8.

Living Room

With modern yet comfortable furniture, plus the latest TV and audio technology, the living room offers a perfect haven for relaxing. Spanish and Dutch satellite channels are available.

Gym

There is also a well-equipped gym with treadmill, rowing machine, bench press, weights, punch bag and more.

Outside

There is a vast outdoor area inclusive of a pristine 10m x 10m swimming pool, with ample sunbeds to allow you to relax in total comfort. The outside terraces are perfect for dining al fresco (there is gas barbecue) or relaxing with a drink. The very spacious surroundings provide various areas to relax in and the gardens are landscaped.

The pool is cleaned twice weekly and the water preparation system is based on salt, although there is no salty taste to the water. This system is less harmful than standard chlorine pools and is better for your eyes, skin and hair. There is also a speaker system on the terrace.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Included in the rental is a highly professional staff member who is responsible for cleaning and laundry, working 8 hours per day, six days a week (you can negotiate further hours directly with her if required).

There is also a second member of staff in charge of maintenance of the property working 5 hours a day, 5 days a week.
