Amante Ibiza

So last night Ryan & I finally checked out Amante! We have been waiting to go here all summer and finally managed to get a table at a decent time. Now the season is coming to an end it’s time to tick off the rest of our food checklist :p
Approaching the restaurant you head down some pebble steps (I do not advise to wear heels as I did) and walk can either walk straight into the restaurant or head down to the beach. The view is b r e a t h t a k i n g. Set in a secluded crevice the beach restaurant is placed so perfectly in the mountainside it looks like it was always meant to be. The beach is a stone beach and the water is 3 beautiful shades of blue.
We were given a table on the middle level which gave us the perfect view of the whole place. We could look as far out to sea as the human eye allows and the only thing in the water was a small sailing boat. It was time to order food!
I ordered the Nina Champagne cocktail which was a blend of summer fruits and champs and Ryan had the cocktail of the day which happened to be his fave – Strawberry caprioska! To start we had bread, fresh tomato and Iberian ham with a side of fish croquettes. The bread was soft and the ham was freshly shaved. The croquettes were to die for. We have become pretty obsessed with them this summer. For main we both ordered the fillet steak medium rare which came with sautéed veg. If you do order this don’t order an extra side of broccoli as it comes with a lot of it already. We also had baked potatoes and beetroot with sour cream sides – we were hungry. We did admit it wasn’t our favourite food we have eaten whilst here on the island but the view and location really do make the experience 10/10. The service is also outstanding and the food comes very quickly.
We finished with anther drink, I had the espresso martini this time and headed down to the sofa level to take in the view one last time before heading home.
Outfit wise, the evenings are becoming a little chilly now so I covered up a bit in some bell flare fitted trousers from Boohoo. I also wore a Moschino tee and my YOOX heels and accessorised with some earrings from Zara. Links below guys!
If you are thinking about giving Amante a visit I highly recommend it. You will definitely not be disappointed!
